Nudge ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — whether you're joining our waitlist or using the Nudge app. By using this website or the Nudge app, you agree to the practices described below.
Waitlist signups. When you join our waitlist, we collect the email address (and name, if you provide one) you submit through the form on this site.
App accounts & content. If you sign up for Nudge, we collect the email address and basic profile details from your Google account, along with the notes, tasks, deadlines, and categories you create inside the app.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not use your information for advertising.
Your notes and tasks are stored securely using Supabase. Row-level security policies ensure that only you can access your own notes and tasks, and data is encrypted in transit.
This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The Nudge app uses a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in, via Supabase Authentication. We don't currently run any analytics tools — if that changes, we'll update this policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We work with a small number of trusted service providers — for hosting, AI-powered note processing, voice transcription, and email delivery — who handle your data only on our behalf, and only as needed to provide Nudge to you.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your waitlist entry, account, notes, or tasks at any time by emailing ownudge@gmail.com. We'll action deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible.
Nudge is operated in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and make a complaint about how it's handled. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
