Privacy Policy

• ·Account info: email address, and a password (stored securely, hashed — we never see or store your plaintext password).
• ·Content you create: notes, tasks, and other items you enter into Nudge.
• ·Usage data: basic analytics about how the app is used, to help us improve it.
• ·Waitlist info: if you joined our waitlist, we (via LaunchList) collect your email and referral activity.

• ·To provide the Service: storing your notes, syncing across devices, and powering features like AI sorting.
• ·To communicate with you: account confirmations, early access invitations, and important updates.
• ·To improve Nudge: understanding usage patterns (in aggregate, not by reading your individual notes for this purpose).

We use trusted third-party services to run Nudge. They only receive what’s needed to perform their function:

• ·Supabase — stores your account and note data securely.
• ·Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes note content to power AI sorting/classification features. Anthropic does not use this data to train their models under their API terms.
• ·Resend — sends account and invite emails on our behalf.
• ·LaunchList — manages the public waitlist signup (before you have an account).
• ·Vercel — hosts the application.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

Nudge uses essential cookies/local storage needed to keep you logged in and the app functioning. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted from our active systems, though backups may persist for a limited period before being purged.

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting us or using in-app account settings (once available). If you’re in a region with specific data rights (e.g. under GDPR or Australia’s Privacy Act), you can request details on what we hold about you.

We use industry-standard practices (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure — we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Nudge is not intended for children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under this age.

We may update this policy as Nudge evolves. We’ll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
