Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Nudge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Nudge is currently in early access / beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Your account, data, or access may be modified or reset as the product evolves during this period.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nudge. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You own the notes, tasks, and other content you create in Nudge ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Nudge a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service — including sending it to third-party AI providers (see Privacy Policy) for automatic sorting and classification features.

Nudge uses AI to help sort, classify, and organize your notes. AI output can be inaccurate or make mistakes. You’re responsible for reviewing anything important before relying on it.

Don’t use Nudge to store or distribute illegal content, attempt to breach the Service’s security, or interfere with other users’ access.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, or as part of managing the early access rollout.

Nudge is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudge and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
